A family home terraced into a sloped limestone lot, with each level stepping down toward a pool deck and greenbelt view.

The site's 14-foot grade change became the organizing idea: three stepped platforms carry the entry, main living level, and bedroom wing down toward the pool and greenbelt beyond. Board-formed concrete retaining walls double as the home's primary material language.
