Overview

An adaptive reuse of a 1960s warehouse into open-plan offices, preserving the original bowstring trusses as the building's defining feature.

Rather than hide the warehouse's bones, we built the new program around them — dropping mezzanine floors well clear of the bowstring trusses so the original roof structure remains visible from every desk in the building.
