Overview

A neighborhood hall and library built around a flexible great room that hosts everything from council meetings to weekend markets.

We designed the great room to be reconfigured in under an hour — folding partitions, movable seating, and a stage that retracts into the wall — so the building can shift from a quiet reading room to a 300-person town hall without a renovation.
